Aaim Launches Version 2.0 Platform with Expanded Asset Type Support
Enhanced valuation engine now supports 47+ alternative asset types with sub-15-minute refresh rates
November 15, 2024
New York, NY
Aaim, the institutional infrastructure provider for alternative asset lending, announced today the general availability of its Version 2.0 platform, expanding support from 32 to 47 asset types while reducing median valuation refresh time by 36 percent.
The enhanced platform introduces real-time valuation capabilities for emerging asset classes including tokenized real estate, revenue-based financing instruments, and pre-IPO equity positions. Financial institutions using the platform can now offer pledged asset lines of credit across a broader spectrum of client wealth profiles.
"Community banks and credit unions serve clients with increasingly complex wealth portfolios," said Robert Goodyear, Founder & CEO at Aaim. "Financial institutions have asked for broader asset coverage and faster valuation cycles. Version 2.0 delivers both while maintaining the deterministic accuracy that compliance requires. We've reduced median refresh time from 22 minutes to 14 minutes across all asset types."
Platform improvements include enhanced API performance with 99.99% uptime SLA, expanded integration support for 12,000+ financial institution core systems, and improved audit trail capabilities for regulatory compliance. The system maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and implements bank-grade security controls across all infrastructure components.
"The architectural improvements in 2.0 allow us to scale horizontally while maintaining sub-second API response times," said Robert Goodyear, Founder & CEO at Aaim. "Our institutional partners can now integrate alternative asset lending workflows directly into their existing loan origination systems with minimal friction."
Version 2.0 includes patent-pending valuation methodology that combines real-time market data, historical performance analysis, and asset-specific risk modeling. The system provides explainable AI outputs that satisfy regulatory requirements for model risk management under SR 11-7 guidance.
Financial institutions currently using the platform report an average loan portfolio growth of 18% within the first 12 months of deployment, with default rates on pledged asset loans remaining below 0.3% across all asset types.
The platform is available immediately to existing institutional partners, with new integrations scheduled based on institution readiness and regulatory approval timelines.
